Standard Shipping
Standard shipping within the United States is USD 8.00 per order; orders of USD 120.00 or more qualify for free Standard shipping.
FREE Shipping on all orders $120 and over.
The source special-item surcharge of USD 1.99 applies only to items labeled Online Exclusive. No items in the current catalog carry that label, and no such surcharge applies to current orders.
Expedited Shipping
Express shipping within the United States is USD 15.00 per order. Estimated carrier transit is 1-3 business days; a faster guaranteed delivery date is not offered.

International shipping availability
Standard Shipping
International shipping is not available on this store. Orders are accepted for delivery within the United States only.
International VAT and customs payments do not apply to this store's US-only delivery service. No international order is offered.
Standard Shipping Policy
Please allow up to 48 hours to process your order, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Standard domestic carrier transit time is 1-3 business days.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding observed holidays)
Orders placed after 3:00pm (PST) will be processed the following business day.
If your order has incomplete, inaccurate, or possible fraudulent shipping and/or billing information the processing of your order maybe delayed.
West of Camden reserves the right to cancel, refund or place any order on hold if fraud is suspected.
There are no refunds on shipping costs.
We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery to Canada, Mexico, Europe and all other international destinations is unavailable.
International PO Box delivery is unavailable because all international shipping is unavailable.
National/local regulations and vendor restrictions remain applicable to products; international delivery is unavailable for all items.
International customs transit does not apply to this store's US-only orders.
Orders over $200 may require a signature at time of delivery.
1st time orders over may $150 require a signature at time of delivery.
1st time orders with mismatched Shipping and Billing addresses over $100 may require a signature at time of delivery.
Shipments that are sent back to us with "Wrong Address" or "Insufficient Address", that match the customer address provided to us upon ordering are considered customer fault. Order will be refunded, however, total shipping cost will not be refunded as shipping costs are not refundable.
We are not responsible for packages once tracking is marked as delivered by USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL or any other shipping services.
Delivery timelines are only estimations, as delays may occur outside of our control. West of Camden is not responsible for 3rd party shipping delays.

Orders placed after 3:00pm M-F (PST) will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 12:00pm (PST) on Saturday will be processed the following Monday (excluding observed holidays)
All expedited orders require a signature at time of delivery.

Free shipping uses Standard shipping, with the carrier selected by West of Camden. Express is a separate USD 15.00 option. Both services have an estimated carrier transit time of 1-3 business days; Express does not guarantee a faster delivery date.
If you happen to have submitted your order without free shipping, there will be no refund on the shipping cost after the order has shipped.

Pre-Release Items
